On March 13, 2014, Rash Mueller., the Law Offices of Wolf and Pravato and Kaplan & Miller filed a FreeStyle® Blood Glucose Test Strip lawsuit against Abbott Laboratories Inc., Abbott Diabetes Care Inc. and Abbott Ireland Diabetes Care because they betrayed us by choosing to break the medical device safety rules that protect consumers from serious medical complications and possible death, as well as economic harms.
